What is Mediation?
Mediation is the process in which a neutral mediator assists the parties to resolve their dispute to their satisfaction by:
• Managing the process which is controlled by the parties
• Assessing interests behind their positions
• Exploring and creating options to meet those interests
• Helping the parties to reach an agreement
• Drafting an agreement for the parties to sign
